Rhonda White brings 20 years of retail real estate experience to the Sage Commercial Advisors Team. Originally from Ohio, she worked in the Real Estate Department at Revco, a drug store chain with over 2000 locations in the Midwest and Southeast that was subsequently acquired by CVS. After relocating to Las Vegas, Rhonda first familiarized herself with the Las Vegas valley retail market when she joined CB Richard Ellis. After 5 years, Rhonda left CBRE to join the newly opened Las Vegas office of Voit Commercial Brokerage, where she continued to specialize in retail.
Rhonda’s expertise and skill in retail real estate are evidenced by the numerous transactions she has successfully facilitated. In her role as broker for Dunkin’ Donuts, she coordinated their market entry site selection process. Rhonda was also responsible for the leasing of several major shopping centers, including The Arroyo Market, a 900,000 sf power center anchored by Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Home Depot and numerous other national tenants, and Hualapai Commons, a 246,000 sf shopping center anchored by Smith’s and Home Depot. Rhonda’s commitment to long lasting business relationships results in providing clients with current information so they can make the best decisions for their business.
